This policy explains what personal data Discernment Wealth Academy collects, why, and what your rights are. It is written in plain English, since a privacy policy nobody can actually understand is not much of a policy.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology. If you choose to complete the "Your Relationship With Money" reflection tool and enter your email address, two pieces of information are collected, your email address, and which pattern the reflection tool identified for you. If you do not enter your email address, nothing about you is collected or stored anywhere.
The Money Companion Workbook is sold and delivered through Payhip, an external platform, not through this website directly. The "Get the Workbook" button is an ordinary link, this site does not load Payhip's software or share any data with Payhip until you actually choose to click through and buy. Once you do, Payhip and its payment provider, PayPal, process your payment and any information needed to complete and deliver that purchase, your name, email address, and payment details among them. Your email address and your result are used to send you the personalised result you asked for. The lawful basis for this is your consent, given by voluntarily entering your email address and submitting the form for that specific purpose.
Separately, and only if you tick the specific box offered alongside the form, your email address may also be used to send you occasional updates about Discernment Wealth Academy's free resources and courses. This is a distinct choice from receiving your result, left unticked by default, and you can withdraw this consent at any time using the unsubscribe page, a single step requiring only your email address, no need to compose your own message.
This site has no database of its own. Email addresses submitted through the reflection tool are processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how they store and protect that data, available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
If you did not tick the box to receive occasional updates, your email address is used only to send you the single result you requested, and is deleted within 30 days of that reply being sent. If you did tick the box, your email address is kept until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it directly, whichever comes first.
